The Zenergy frame is made entirely of hot-dip galvanized sheet, type: DX51D + Z275, or optionally of AISI 304 stainless steel. As one of the few metal housing manufacturers, we use galvanized steel, which is characterized by high corrosion resistance. Enclosures have been classified for applications in category C4 corrosivity of the atmosphere in accordance with PN-EN ISO 12944-5. This is possible only because the casing is nowhere welded, it is fully spot welded. Also, costful, but reliable own powder coating procedure enabled the paint to adhere correctly to the galvanized sheet surface.
The horizontal beams as well as the vertical posts of the frame are closed profiles consisting of two thicknesses of sheet metal. Internal 1.5mm and external 1.0mm, which in 65% adhere to each other by their surface and are welded in many points. Elements in these places have a total thickness of 2.5mm and are repeatedly bent giving high rigidity of the structure. In addition, in the frame corners there is a 2.0mm thick angle bar, here the total thickness of the frame is 4.0mm. During construction tests, pannel have passed tests succesfully, in accordance with the PN-EN 61439 switchgear chapter 10.2.5 (Lifting and transport), the maximum pressure of the horizontal beam transportable by forklift, or lifting by the frame transport holes for a set of four switchgear panels, with a total length of three meters and a weight of 1500kg.
Strengthening the construction of the Zenergy switchgear system are fixing profiles, for horizontal and vertical busbars, as well as shelves for main breakers. The horizontal profile is stiffened by the switch shelf, thanks to which it also strengthens the supports of the rear vertical rail bridges. The profiles are on the entire depth of the cabinet, mounted in all six frame vertical poles. The structure resistance to rated short-circuit current for one second was achieved here Icw = 100kA!
For nominal currents of switchgear from 1600A, all internal profiles, as well as the central poles of the frame are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is non-magnetic and does not generate additional energy loss in the presence of a magnetic field generated by busbars.

All equipment is installed behind the front covers, limiting direct operator access only to the levers and interfaces of the apparatus, thus ensuring IP-30 protection.

For power distribution from 100 A to 630 A, the system offers the possibility of installing measurement parameters at the receive circuit breaker Compact NSX on a common backplane. To mounting plates developed a convenient transfer connections mounted in the cable compartment.
